Trouble-Free Install Procedure. This hood protector and window deflector combo kit is designed for trouble-free peel-and-stick installation courtesy of automotive-grade double-sided adhesive tape backing. Prior to installation all the mounting surfaces should first be cleaned and dried thoroughly before wiping them down with the included alcohol pads. This is to maximize the adhesion of the tape to your truck. Additionally, when installing this kit in cold weather, it is suggested that the mounting surfaces be warmed to temperatures between 60 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit. This is because the adhesive works best on warm surfaces. This can be done using a heat gun or hairdryer.
Application. This Aeroskin Matte Black Hood Protector and Low Profile Ventvisor Window Deflectors Combo Kit fits all 2012 to 2015 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab models.
Application Notes. To allow the adhesive to completely set, please do not drive your vehicle for 24 hours, and do not wash it for 72 hours after installation.
