How to Install T-REX Vertical Billet Grille Insert on your Wrangler

Step 1

• Insert U-Nuts through the holes on the Bracket Extentions. (Fig. 1)

• Place the Top Bracket Extention (T) along the top underside of the Factory Grille Shell with the Hooks on the Bracket going upward. (on the Brackets there will be a T and B T=Top B=Bottom, use the T) (Fig. 2)

• Place Fender Flatwasher where the U-Nut on the Bracket is Visible. (3rd Hole along the Grille Shell). (Fig. 3)

• Insert #10 1” Screw to Thread in place. (Repeat for remaining side). (Fig. 4)

• Place the Bottom Bracket (B) along the bottom of the Grille Shell with the Hooks on the Bracket extention going Downward then place a #10 1” Screw from underneath the car to Thread the U-Nut on the Bracket. (Screw will be placed on the Smaller Hole.) (Fig. 5)

• Place Billet Grille through the Grill Shell. (the bend on the Grille goes upward.) (Fig. 6)

• Insert #8 6head Screw through the Bracket on the Billet Grille to thread the U-Nut from the Bracket Extension. (Fig. 7)

Repeat for remaining Billet Grilles.
