      Description

      Product Overview. The Synergy Manufacturing Adjustable Rear Lower Control Arms are designed to upgrade the suspension of Jeep Wrangler JK and JL models, providing enhanced durability and improved ground clearance for lifted vehicles. These control arms replace the stock components with a heavy-duty solution that enhances both on-road comfort and off-road capability by reducing bushing wear and increasing articulation.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high-quality crush resistant 1026 DOM steel tubing with a 1-3/4" x 1.88" wall thickness, the control arms feature a corrosion-resistant powder coat finish for long-lasting durability. The arms use dual durometer bushings with a Teflon® bearing surface to minimize maintenance and provide superior ride quality.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling, utilizing 100% bolt-on components compatible with standard hand tools. The adjustable design incorporates a double adjuster sleeve and pinch bolt assembly, allowing for fine-tuning of arm length without removing mounting bolts.
