In fact, worn out bushings can lead to abnormal tire wear, misaligned steering geometry, and poor handling. With the SuperPro Suspension Rear Upper Control Arm Bushing Kit installed in your ’07 to ’18 Wrangler JK, all these issues are avoided. Additionally, these bushings feature designs that contribute to improved performance.
Progressive Design and Construction. The SuperPro Suspension Rear Upper Control Arm Bushing Kit features a specialized polyurethane construction that’s much more resilient than the rubber found on factory bushings. These upper control arm bushings offer superior abrasion and chemical resistance, as well as resistance to temperature changes. These bushings also reduce noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) similar to an OE bushing, something that standard polyurethane bushings can’t manage. Finally, these control arm bushings feature a knurled inner surface that’s designed to hold and re-circulate grease better, helping maintain control arm stability.
Efficient Installation. The SuperPro Suspension Rear Upper Control Arm Bushing Kit installs just like an OE rubber bushing. This means a bushing press is needed for correct and efficient installation. If you do not have access to one, you can have a licensed mechanic shop can press these bushings into your control arms for you.
