Durable Rocker Protection. The Southern Style Offroad Rock Sliders with Kickout in black provide essential protection for your Tacoma's rocker panels and lower body against rocks, trail obstacles, and other impacts. Designed to bolt directly to the frame rails, these sliders shield vulnerable areas from damage during off-road adventures and tight trail maneuvers, preserving your truck's appearance and structural integrity.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 3/16 inch wall structural square tubing combined with .120 inch wall round tubing, these sliders offer robust resistance to dents and bending. The support legs are laser-cut from 3/16 inch thick steel and designed using CAD software for a precise and solid frame fit. Finished in a matte black powder coat, the sliders provide enhanced corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability against rock chips and brush contact.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill, including drilling pilot holes into the frame rails for secure mounting and maximum durability. All necessary mounting hardware is included for a straightforward installation process.
Application. Designed specifically to fit 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma models: Access Cab with a 6-foot bed and Double Cab with a 5-foot bed. The extended rear kickout provides additional protection beyond the rear door and quarter panel areas.
