How to Install a Smittybilt Spice Denim Standard Brief Top on your 1992-1995 Wrangler YJ

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Before you begin, the temperature of the Brief should be above 70 degrees Fahrenheit. We suggest laying the Brief in the sunlight for 1 hour before installation.
1. Locate the front edge and fold over (Figure 1).
2. Place the Brief on top of Jeep. Insert folded edge into Windshield Channel, working from one side of vehicle to the other (Figures 2 & 3).
3. Lay the back of the Brief over the central roll bar and pull the rear corner straps (Figure 4).
4. Pull the straps under the central roll bar through the Side Loops #1, then pull the straps towards the rear of the vehicle and insert through the Rear Loops #2 (Figures 5 & 6). Attach the strap to the mating buckle #3 (Figures 6 & 7).
5. Locate the Velcro straps on each side of the roll bar. Wrap the straps around roll bar and fasten. Do both the driver and passenger sides of the vehicle (Figure 8).
6. Locate the center strap along the central roll bar. Run the center strap around the rear and under the central roll bar forward to the Footman Loop near the top center of the windshield. Run strap through Footman Loop and feed strap through its buckle securely (Figure 9).
7. Re-adjust Velcro and tighten all straps to assure a wrinkle-free fit.
8. Installation is now complete.

Smittybilt (The Company) warrants to the original purchaser of this product that should the product or any part thereof, under normal use and conditions, be proven defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase, such defect(s) will be repaired or replaced (At the Company’s option) without charge for parts or labor. To obtain repair or replacement within the terms of the warranty, the product is to be delivered with proof of warranty coverage ( e.g. dated bill of sale, receipt), specification of defect, freight pre-paid with Returns Good Authorization Number from Smittybilt to place of purchase. Items returned to Smittybilt Automotive without an Returns Authorization Number will be refused and returned to sender at the senders expense.
This warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof which, in the opinion of the Company, has suffered or been damaged through altercation, improper installation, mishandling, misuse, neglect accident or acts of nature. THE EXTENT OF THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT PROVIDED ABOVE AND, IN NO EVENT, SHALL THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE PURCHASER FOR THIS PRODUCT.
This warranty is in lieu of all expressed warranties and liabilities. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. ANY ACTION FOR BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY HEREUNDER INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY MUST BE BROUGHTH WITHIN A PERIOD OF 90 DAYS FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.IN NO CASE SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,WHATSOEVER. No person or representative is authorized to assume for the company any liability other than expressed herein in connection with the sale of this product.
