How to Install Smittybilt G.E.A.R Custom Fit Seat Covers - Front (03-06 Wrangler TJ) on your Jeep Wrangler

Note: Remove any previously installed seat covers before starting.

1. Separate out Passenger side covers from Drivers side covers. The Passenger side has lever holes on the right side (looking from the back/underside) and the Driver side has lever holes on the left side (looking from the back/underside).

2. Unhook the two plastic buckles and fit the Passenger side seat bottom over the cushion so the recline lever goes through the hole.

3. Tuck the buckle clasps under the seat back and feed the straps under the seat from the front to the back. Make sure not to tangle the straps in any of the moving seat parts or slide lever. Adjust cover positioning and connect the buckles.

4. Tighten buckles and connect seat side cover retaining straps and hooks.

5. Slide seat back cover over the seat back. Make sure the tilt lever does not get hung up on the cover and the Velcro does not get stuck on the seat back.

6. Adjust the fit and tuck the front flap under the seat back. Secure the Velcro to the front flap.

7. Adjust seat cover as needed.

8. Repeat Steps 2 – 7 on the Drive Side.

9. The covers come with 5 MOLLE style pouches. Each is installed in the same way. Start by undoing the snap and feed strap through the MOLLE webbing, alternating between the seat cover and the pouch webbing. Connect the snap when complete.

10. Repeat process for all remaining pouches.
