Manufactured from high tensile chrome silicon wire, the springs undergo an advanced shot peening process that enhances tensile strength by compressing the surface with steel pellets. They are preset to solid height to relieve stress and prevent sagging. The closed-end coils feature flat ground surfaces for uniform load distribution and are finished with a corrosion-resistant black powder coat. These springs are proudly made in the USA.
