      Description. If you bought your SeaSucker rack before the summer of 2016, it had a flat-topped Rear Wheel Strap. You can upgrade to the now-standard cupped housing that cradles the rear tire, plus a super sturdy ladder strap to really lock that rear rim in place. This product DOES NOT include a vacuum cup or pump – it is a replacement/upgrade for the old Rear Wheel Strap’s housing and hook and loop strap only.
