How to Install Rugged Ridge XHD Aluminum Front Bumper Overrider on your 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK; 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL

1. Aluminum Hoop Over Rider (1)
2. M6 Hex Head Bolts (8)
3. M6 Flat Washer (16)
4. M6 Nylock Nut (8)
Note: When installing optional accessories, it is helpful to review XHD Aluminum bumper instructions (11541.01). Installation of Hoop can be aided by removing bumper cover.
1. Remove aluminum front bumper if previously installed. Disconnect the fog lights by twisting the plug in the rear of the light housings. Slide bumper off frame and set onto soft surface to avoid damage to powder coating.
2. Place hoop over rider onto top of bumper. Hoop should be facing forward (pic.1). Align mounting holes in hoop base with slotted holes located on top of bumper. Install M bolts, washers and nuts (pic.2). Center hoop and tighten bolts.
3. Following bumper instruction sheet reinstall bumper and hoop onto vehicle and secure. Reconnect light harness to fog lights.
