WARNING: Do not exceed the manufacturers stated tow rating.
Read owners manual before installing.
WARNING: Do not exceed 200 lbs tongue weight


NOTE: If vehicle is equipped with a tow hook it must be removed before installation.
1 Slide receiver hitch over rear cross memeber. Insert bolts and washers, secure with washers and lock nuts. Secure lock nuts with 19 mm open end wrench; tighten bolts with 18 mm socket or wrench. Tighten bolts to 80 ft-lbs of torque.


2. Insert trailer wiring, if equipped, into the trailer wiring mounting tab. Installation is now complete.


Note: Read instructions fully before proceeding with installation. Loom has been designed to plug directly into factory connectors. Can be used with either factory 2" tow hitch or Rugged Ridge 2" tow hitch P/N: 11580.01 (sold separately).

Step 1: Place vehicle in gear and set the emergency brake. Remove rear driver's side tail light (pic.1).
Step 2: Disconnect taillight connector as shown, (pic.2)
Step 3: Connect new loom to mail and female connectors (pic.3)
Step 4: Fish trailer connecter down through taillight opening and past foam isolator panel, (pic.4 & 5)
Step 5: After pulling loom through foam isolator drop connector over frame and insert into tow hitch plug notch (pic.6).
Step 6: Locate small 8mm holes drilled along frame and press in retainer clips (pic.7)
Test all light functions before towing.
