How to Install a Rugged Ridge Front Door Storage Bag Kit on your 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK; 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL

Contents: (12108.03 or .04)
(1) Front door bag LF or RF

Contents: ( 12108.10 - Front Kit)
(1) Left front door bag
(1) Right front door bag

Contents: ( 12108.13 or .14)
(1) Rear door bag LR or RR

Contents: ( 12108.20 - Rear Kit)
(1) Left rear door bag
(1) Right rear door bag

(1) Open front doors and disconnect door strap and wire harness (pic1). See owners manual for correct procedure. Fold door mirrors in and lower windows before removal.

(2) Remove door hinge retainer nuts. A #45 Torx head bit will be required. See owners manual for correct procedure (pic.2).

(3) Unzip front door bag and place over door as shown (pic.3). The two small grab handles will be facing towards vehicle.

(4) Lift doors up and off vehicle using supplied straps (pic.4). The help of a second person is advised. Zip bag closed and repeat for other side.

(1) Open rear doors and disconnect door strap and wire harness. See owners manual for correct procedure. Harness and strap are located behind plastic panel. lower windows before removal (pic.5).

(2) Remove door hinge retainer nuts. A #45 Torx head bit will be required. See owners manual for correct procedure (pic.6).

(3) Unzip rear door bag and place over door as shown (pic.7). The two small grab handles will be facing towards vehicle.

(4) Lift doors up and off vehicle using supplied straps (pic.8). The help of a second person is advised. Zip bag closed and repeat for other side.
