How to Install a Rugged Ridge Textured Black D-Rings on XHD & Custom Bumpers on your 87-18 Jeep Wrangler YJ, TJ, JK & JL

XHD Bumper D-Ring, Pair, smooth black nish, Rugged Ridge, Jeep CJ5 1976-83, CJ7 1976-86, CJ8 1981-86, Wrangler 1987-2012 and also for custom applications.

For use with the following direct t XHD bumper systems: 11540.10, 11540.11, 11540.71, 11546.10, 11546.20, 11546.40, 11547.01, 11541.01, 11541.02

Step 1. Remove the 4 M12 bolts from the D-Ring that secures it to the bumper. Do not discard the hardware. It will be reused.

Step 2. Align the new D-Ring with the holes in the XHD bumper and fasten using the existing hardware.

For use with non XHD bumpers/custom applications:

Step 1. Drill four 1/2” mounting holes using the spacing specications provided. Note that the top holes have wider spacing than the bottom.
