            Good quality for the price.

Locating the mounting holes requires time, but looks great when completed.

            Carpet Set

This is a molded set which needs to "relax" to install. Warm it up and it works better. The center carpet (behind the front seats) needs to go in first. I trimmed about 6" off the front of this piece. I used an old pencil type soldering iron to burn thru the bolt holes which stops fraying. The front carpet was similarly laid in the front. I used NAPA spray contact cement on the perimeter of those carpets. The back floor carpet is loose and may get Velcro strips if it flaps around. I didn't use the fender well pieces. The bell housing area in front of the shifter requires trim work to cover a gap in coverage showing the steel floor. Also. I replaced the seat bolts with studs the make mounting front and back seats easier.

            Get what you pay for

Fit of the carpet was dead on. I opted to go for the lower cost carpet being afraid that it was going to get dirty and wear out fast anyhow. As they say Hindsight will get you though. Since this carpet requires being glued down you can't go back and pull it up without the backing getting messed up. A more expensive carpet is formed and lays down much nicer so if you want to run wires under the carpet or get to a bolt it would be much easier. Not bad but I did get what I paid for.

            A very goodlooking carpet

the carpet kit was a gift for my son - he needed carpet replacement on his '90 Jeep - the fit was great and easy to him to install. He is extremely happy!

            Great fit and quality.

The carpet kit fit very well, with cutouts in most of the right places. Where I needed to, I used a soldering iron to create holes for bolts that had to pass through the carpet and trimmed the edge under the dash for ease of fit. But I am very satisfied with the product overall.

            It's ok for the $

I went for this kit because a. it was priced right and b. the picture and description looked good. Once I saw the size of the box I was already a little turned off because it was small for such a " complete " kit. Pulling out the pieces I immediately noticed that it is far from the quality and fit of my original 22 year old carpet. So don't expect this kit to directly replace you OEM carpet exactly. You have to cut holes for the roll bar which will only be as good as your cutting skills through carpet and insulation. The part that really killed this kit for me is that the rear fender pieces don't have that little extra couple inches of fabric around the edges to go up the sides and under the floor section Now that I've said what I didn't like I'll end with what's good. It was cheaper then most options. The material seems to be good for a Jeep. Finally it does appearance is pretty good. So if you want cheap $ and something you won't cry about when you get mud on it then it'll do.

            take everything out

This is a nice carpet set, but NONE of the holes/slits are cut. I would highly recommend taking out your seats, seat belts, gas peddle, etc. before installing it, because I tried to eye-ball it and cut the holes for the seat belts and ended up cutting the carpet 3-4 times before I got it right, thus making it look terrible. Also, it needs to be slit so it will lay in underneath the seats... more of a hassle than its worth IMO.
