    Description

    Improved Off-Road Performance. Raise the performance bar for other off-road enthusiasts by installing Rubicon Express 5.5-Inch Spring-Over Conversion Lift Kit. This suspension system relocates the spring perches to the topside of the axle, resulting in a net height rise of 5.5". The advantage of this kit is that you can use the stock springs. Besides that, the utility of stock-height springs provides quality ride and flexibility in suspension. It also improves your YJ an appealing stance, as it can accommodate a max. of 33x12.5" tires, allowing you to tear the off-road boldly.

    Quality Construction. Rubicon Express 5.5-Inch Spring-Over Conversion Lift Kit features anti-wrap spring perches, spring perches and drop pit arm – all of which are engineered from high-quality metal, to withstand stress and overcome the abuse and torture of off-road use. The brake lines are finished with a stainless polish for maximum rust proofing.

    Enhanced Exterior Appearance. While this 5.5 in. Inch Spring-Over Conversion Lift Kit from Rubicon Express provides improved performance and handling; it will drastically enhance your Jeep YJ's visual appearance with its 5.5" lift. For 7" height lift, Rubicon Express recommends you run the RE1445 and RE1444 heavy-duty leaf springs.

    Installation. Mounting the Spring-Over Conversion Lift Kit requires the removal of the stock spring perches, welding the new ones and making other adjustments. After mounting, modifying the drive shaft is necessary for optimum performance.
