This stinger bar mounts on your stubby bumper giving your Wrangler a look that says off-road warrior. This stinger bar can provide minor front-end protection against off-road hazards like a brush, tree limbs, and the like, but won’t work as a rollover prevention device.
Tough Tubular Steel Construction. The Rough Country Stubby Front Bumper Stinger Bar is constructed from 2-inch wide tubular steel that features 0.120-inch thick walls. This stinger mounts on your bumper via gusseted base plates that are 0.187-inch thick, for extra rigidity. Finally, this stinger bar receives a black carbon powder-coat finish that ups the component’s rust resistance.
Easy Bolt-On Installation. The Rough Country Stubby Front Bumper Stinger Bar is easy to install on your stubby bumper. This stinger bar mounts on pre-existing mounting holes using standard hand tools. This component is compatible with stubby bumpers with or without the winch mount.
