Heavy-Duty Steering Upgrade. The Rough Country Suspension HD High Steering Kit with Premium N3 Steering Stabilizer for 0 to 6-Inch Lift is designed to replace fragile factory steering components with robust parts capable of handling extreme off-road conditions. It enhances control and durability, allowing the Jeep Gladiator JT to tackle rugged terrain confidently. This kit is ideal for off-road enthusiasts seeking reliable steering performance under demanding conditions.
Construction and Appearance. The kit features a massive 38mm solid steel tie rod and a 1.25-inch forged steel drag link, both engineered for superior strength and resilience. Ball joints are heat-treated and greaseable to ensure longevity and smooth operation. The components are precision-machined with wrench flats for easy adjustments to provide a reliable and durable steering upgrade.
Installation. Installation typically takes two to three hours and requires moderate mechanical skill. This kit requires removal of the factory steering stabilizer and does not require drilling or major modifications, making it a straightforward upgrade for experienced installers.
Application. This heavy-duty steering kit fits 2020 through 2026 Jeep Gladiator JT models with stock to 6 inches of suspension lift. It requires a factory pitman arm or OE replacement arm and is not compatible with drop pitman arms. Additionally, it requires aftermarket wheels with a maximum of 5 inches backspacing.
