Premium Steering Upgrade. The 2.5 Ton Aluminum Steering Kit enhances steering performance and durability for Jeep JL Rubicon and JT Gladiator Rubicon models, as well as JT models equipped with the Max Tow Package using the Rubicon version. It provides a robust solution designed to replace factory steering links with larger, more durable components to handle demanding off-road conditions.

Construction and Appearance. Crafted from solid 7075 aluminum, known for its memory alloy properties that allow it to flex and return to its original shape, the components include massive 1-1/4" shank offset tie rod ends made in the USA and precision CNC-machined aluminum links. This combination ensures exceptional strength and longevity with a clean, high-quality finish.

Installation. The kit bolts directly onto the vehicle as a 100% bolt-on replacement with no welding or other modifications required. Installation requires standard tools and can be completed by users with moderate mechanical experience.

Application. Designed specifically to fit 2020-2026 Jeep JL Rubicon and JT Gladiator Rubicon models, as well as JT Gladiator models equipped with the Max Tow Package using the Rubicon version. Aftermarket wheels with 4.75” backspacing or less are required, or 1.25" or larger wheel spacers for factory wheels (spacers not included).
