      Improved Performance. The Rough Country Dana 44 Rear Ring Gear and Pinion Kit – 4.56 Gears is the perfect addition to your Jeep Wrangler JK to optimize your lifted its off-road performance. Rock crawling and off-road adventures in your Jeep will be enhanced with this gear and pinion kit. Your Jeep will regain lost power and torque from having installed larger tires. You’ll also benefit from improved fuel economy in all your travels.

      Forged Steel Construction. This gear and pinion with a 4.56 ratio is made to last with heavy-duty forged 8620 steel that is heat treated for augmented strength and long-lasting durability. With the superior smooth finish, the gear and pinion will have a cooler and quieter operation.

      Simple Installation. The manufacturer recommends that a certified technician installs this system. Disassembly and reassembly skills are needed, as well as post installation checks are required. You can download a PDF instruction guide on the manufacturer’s website.

      10-Year Warranty. This gear and pinion kit comes with a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty. Review the warranty information to ascertain what specific limitations apply.

      Application. The Rough Country Dana 44 Rear Ring Gear and Pinion Kit – 4.56 Gears is designed to fit all 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models. This kit is compatible only with Dana 44 rear axles. The master install/bearing kit is sold separately.
