      Description

      EXPANDED BIKE CARRYING CAPACITY. The RockyMounts SplitRail Bike Rack Add-On increases the carrying capacity of your existing rack from two to up to four bicycles. Designed to be installed alongside the primary tray, it allows transporting additional bikes securely while avoiding interference by adjusting the tray side-to-side up to 4 inches.

      CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Built from durable, weather-resistant materials, the Add-On features a robust frame engineered to securely hold bike wheels without contacting the frame. It supports a range of tire sizes, including road tires and mountain bike tires up to 3.0 inches wide, with bike diameters from 20 to 29 inches.

      INSTALLATION. Installation is straightforward, requiring no drilling, and integrates seamlessly with compatible 2” SplitRail and SplitRail LS systems. Users can add one or two Add-Ons based on the desired bike capacity with minimal effort.

      APPLICATION. Compatible exclusively with 2” SplitRail and SplitRail LS racks, this Add-On lowers the maximum weight capacity per tray from 60 lbs to 45 lbs. It is not compatible with bikes equipped with fenders and supports wheelbases from 34 to 50 inches.
