Description
Rear Trac Bar Solution. The RockJock Rear Trac Bar Relocation Bracket for 2 to 4.50-Inch Lift is designed to restore proper rear trac bar geometry on lifted TJ Wranglers and LJ Unlimited vehicles. It corrects the position of the trac bar mounting point after significant lift and pinion angle changes, ensuring stable and predictable suspension performance.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. This bracket is crafted from laser cut and formed 3/16-inch steel and finished with a durable semi-gloss black powder coat. All hardware supplied is gold zinc plated for corrosion resistance and long-lasting reliability.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Installation requires welding two tabs on the bracket to the axle housing to secure it firmly; however, if welding equipment is unavailable, the bracket can be temporarily bolted on to safely drive the vehicle to a professional. Basic mechanical skills are necessary, but no drilling is required.
_x000D__x000D_Application. Designed specifically to fit all models of the 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ, this bracket is compatible only when used with a transfer case tail shaft slip yoke eliminator and double cardan driveshaft setup for optimal driveline geometry.
