How to Install RedRock 4x4 Rear Fill Plate - Gloss Black on your Wrangler

PROCEDURE:  

1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.  

2. Remove the two screws and the metal plate securing your after market bumper to the frame from both sides (Figure 1).  

3. Position rear Fill Plate over frame rails. Line up the holes in the Fill plate with the holes in the frame closest to the bumper (Figure 2). NOTE: There are two 90˚ degrees bends in the center of the Fill Plate, one short one facing up and one long one facing down. Mount Fill Plate with the short bend towards the inside.  

4. Secure the Fill Plate to frame using the same hardware to secure your after market bumper (Figure 3).  

5. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.  

To protect your investment, wax this product after installing. Regular waxing is recommended to add a protective layer over the finish. Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives that could damage the finish.  

For stainless steel: Aluminum polish may be used to polish small scratches and scuffs on the finish. Mild soap may be used also to clean the Fill Plate.  

For gloss black finishes: Mild soap may be used to clean the Fill Plate.
