How to Install RBP RX2 Locking Fuel Door - Black (07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK) on your Jeep Wrangler
1. Align the fuel door cover over the gas cap area (Figure A).

2. Using a pen or marker, mark each hole's location on the plastic gas cap area (Figure B).

3. Using a 9/64ths drill bit, drill each of the holes (not using too much force) (Figure C).

4. Using the supplied square drive bit, attach to an open-driver (Figure D).

5. Begin screwing in each sheet metal screw (supplied), aligned with the holes drilled in Step 3 (Figure E).

6. Screw each sheet metal screw in until flush with the fuel door cover (Figure F).

7. Ensure the locking mechanism is in good working condition using the supplied key (Figure G).
