How to Install Raxiom Grille Mounted 20 in. LED Slim Light Bar on your 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK; 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL

1. Carefully open the package using a box cutter or knife (Figure A) and ensure the light bar and necessary hardware are included and undamaged. 

2. Disconnect the turn signals inside the engine bay by sliding the red locking tab over and then pressing in the clip (Figure B). 

3. Raise the hood and remove the six plastic clips connecting the grille to the chassis using a trim/clip removal tool (Figure C) then remove the grille from the chassis. 

4. Remove the four clips (Figure D) holding the air dam to the radiator support using a trim/clip removal tool. 

5. Increase the size of the holes where the four clips were using a 23/64" drill bit (Figure E). 

6. Assemble the rivnut, spacer nut, washer, and allen bolt (Figure F) and install using a 14mm wrench and Allen Wrench (supplied).

7. Install the supplied bracket using the Allen bolts and attach the LED Slim Light Bar (Figure G).

8. Connect the red eyelet of the wiring harness to the positive terminal of the battery (Figure H) and the black eyelet of the wiring harness to the negative terminal of the battery (Figure I). 

9. Run the wiring harness to the location where the switch will be mounted and connect the wiring harness to the LED Slim Light Bar (Figure J). 

10. Reinstall the grille and turn signal plugs.
