Description
Replace Your Tacoma’s Worn Ball Joint. Ball joints are an integral component of your Tacoma’s front suspension, tying the steering knuckle to the front control arms. To function accordingly, ball joints must be extremely sturdy with minimal play while offering smooth movement throughout the range of motion. With the addition of a lift kit and oversized wheels and tires, it’s not uncommon to exacerbate wear on the ball joints, leading to premature failure in the form of audible clunking, uneven tire wear, failing to hold alignment and uncontrolled handling characteristics. If your Tacoma is experiencing these symptoms, consider replacing your ball joints with a premium component, such as this aftermarket Front Lower Suspension Ball Joint.
Premium Quality. This ball joint is designed for durability, featuring premium construction from heavy-duty alloys. In addition, this joint features a premium rubber dust boot, a knurled body, and a fully serviceable design.
Knurled. This ball joint features a knurled body, referring to the ridges located around the entirety of the joint’s exterior. Knurled joints are ideal for applications that have had multiple sets of ball joints replaced and can no longer house standard ball joints securely. The knurls on this joint bite into the ball joint cup of the control arm, preventing the ball joint from backing out or moving.
Greaseable. As a bonus, this ball joint is fully greaseable with the included zerk fitting. When it comes time to service the joint, simply clip on any grease gun filled with suitable grease and simultaneously flush and repack the ball joint.
Warranty. A limited 1,000,000-mile warranty covers this product against manufacturing defects.
