Description
Efficiency for Your Jeep. With these Prodigy Performance Diamond Pistons, your Jeep’s engine will be better at compressing fuel and air. In turn, the engine will have an easier time burning the fuel-air mixture. The end result is more efficient production of more power. These pistons are made especially for Jeeps with 3.8L engines and are ideal for high-performance driving as well as supercharged, turbocharged, or nitrous applications.
Made From 2618 Aluminum Alloy. For superior strength without the bothersome weight, these pistons are constructed from 2618 aluminum alloy. They are also forged, instead of cast, to boost their strength. Finally, these pistons are also naturally resistant to rust, which in turn gives them a longer lifespan.
Simple, Direct-Fit Installation. These pistons are designed to fit your Jeep’s 3.8L engines perfectly. Each piston can take about 15 minutes to install, including the removal of the old ones (NOTE: based this info on how-to videos of piston removal and installation). If you prefer, you may bring your vehicle to a professional automotive mechanic to perform the installation.
Application. These Prodigy Performance Diamond Pistons are compatible with 2007-2011 editions of the Jeep Wrangler JK with a 3.8L engine.
