Heavy-Duty G3000 Metallurgy. This brake kit features heavy-duty rotors engineered using G3000 castings for superior strength and toughness. These rotors are 100% mill-balanced to eliminate uncomfortable and potentially dangerous vibrations. Mill balancing also helps extend the lifespan of the rotors by slowing down the effects of regular wear and tear.
Vented Rotor Sides. To further enhance braking performance, PowerStop added vents to the sides of these rotors. These help increase and enhance heat dissipation, which in turn help prevent the loss of braking power. Thus, you’ll get more consistent performance even in more intense conditions.
Ceramic Brake Pad Compound. PowerStop included a set of ceramic brake pads in this brake kit. These brake pads have a higher friction output, increasing your truck’s stopping power without being too harsh or uncomfortable. In addition, the brake pads’ surfaces are thermal-scorched to cut down the usual break-in period.
Produces Less Dust and Noise. These ceramic brake pads don’t just increase your truck’s braking power. They also help keep your wheels clean, since they produce less dust.
