      Ryan: The Poison Spyder 3/4-inch LED marker lamp is for those of you that have a 2007 to 2018 JK, one that specifically has a set of Poison Spyder front fenders on it and you're looking for a marker light to fill that 3/4-inch hole that comes pre-drilled in those fenders. Now, of course, anywhere that you drill a 3/4-inch hole, you could put this marker light. So, if you are looking for something that you can use for a custom application, this can work for that as well, but this is specifically designed for those Poison Spyder front fenders. This is going to be a pretty easy two-out-of-three wrench installation. I'm going to go two-out-of-three wrenches because there is some wiring involved here. This just has a three-wire pigtail, so you're going to have to do some soldering, some splicing, crimping, however you decide to connect the wires together, and we'll talk a little bit more about that installation in just a second. So, any time you're changing out your front fender flares, but specifically your front fenders on your Jeep, you are going to have to figure out a different way of adding back in that marker light and that turn signal light on your Jeep. This is going to keep you safe. It's also going to keep you legal, make sure that you're going to pass inspection, all of those good things. So, Poison Spyder does pre-drill a hole for you and this light is going to fit right in there. All you have to do is connect it up to your factory wiring harness. Now, these are sold individually, and they are a little bit pricey per light. So, if you can go out and find another amber marker light that fits a 3/4-inch hole, you could use that. There's nothing all that special about this light, but if you're looking for something that you know 100% that it's going to be a three-wire light, it's going to fit in that 3/4-inch hole that comes in your Poison Spyder fenders, then this is going to be something that you know will work and it's going to be a nice easy buy. This is designed to work specifically in a 3/4-inch hole. So, it has a little bit of a rubber grommet around it. It'll slide right into the 3/4-inch hole. It does have a little bit of a diffusion lens on it, LED of course, and it is a three-wire light. So, what that means is, you have a high and you have a low. You have a 100%, you have a 50%. Of course, you have an off as well. So, what that allows this light to do is be your marker light and also be your turn signal because you can have it on the low and also have it flash on the high. This is not going to be a plug-and-play application, but I don't know of any light that is, any marker light, replacement marker light that's a 3/4-inch size that's going to plug directly into your factory wiring harness. So, you can either make this into something that will plug into your factory wiring harness by cutting up your factory light, getting a little bit creative, or you can go ahead and cut that factory connector off and make the connections wire-to-wire. I mentioned before that this is a little bit expensive. This is going to be $20 for one light. You are going to need a pair of them. You have a pair of fenders. If you're using these for a custom application, you may even need more. I have to imagine that there is another 3/4-inch LED light that is a three-wire light like this one that's out there for a little bit less, but again, you're going to have to do some reading, you're going to have to do some research, you're going to have to do some searching to find it. If you want something that's easy and that you know is going to work with your Jeep and in your Poison Spyder fenders, this is going to be a nice easy buy. Now, I'll have a member of the install team show you how you get this installed in your Jeep. Man: Okay. We're going to start the installation of our LED turn signals by taking the factory harness, and we're going to locate what wires are what on our turn signal harness. We're going to find out which one is our turn signal light, we're going to find out which one is our marker light, and which one is our ground. For this, we're going to be using a test light. That one there is our marker light. And looking at the voltage on this one, that is our turn signal. Our next step is going to be to cut this plug off of the harness and wire our new light into it. To do so, you can use crimp-on terminals. I prefer to solder, myself, so I'm going to be soldering these ones on. This way, it's a permanent fix. I went ahead, and I took the liberty of un-taping and taking all the wire loom off of this. When we wire these in, we're going to make sure we make the harness as short as possible, but not too short. We just want to keep the wires tucked up and out of the way. This way, you don't have a whole bunch of wires wrapped up, tucked up in your fender. It won't look good, and has a possibility of one of your tires catching it. This is the harness we're going to start with. We're going to cut this plug off of here, but first, we're going to go ahead and install our light into our fender hole. Now, on our lights, they're going to have three wires. Your black is your ground, your red is going to be your turn signal, and your white wire, that's going to be your marker light. Now, we're going to cut the harness one wire at a time and attach them one wire at a time. This way, we don't get mixed up, and we just take our time. Starting with our ground wire, just go ahead and strip the wire back. Then, we're going to take our ground wire from our new LED light. The other wire's out of the way. We can go ahead and twist these together. Now, we're just going to go ahead and solder our wires together. And with a little bit of electrical tape, we'll seal up our connection. Now, I used black tape in this. You can use shrink-wrap. I would actually highly recommend using shrink-wrap. It's a little bit better for the weather. I only happen to have black tape on hand at the moment. We're going to go ahead and repeat this process for the other two wires, and then on the other side of the vehicle. And that wraps up the installation of our Poison Spyder 3/4-inch amber LED marker light with turn signals built in. Very simple install.
