Description
Coilover Battery Relocation. The Outta Hand Fabrication Battery Box Relocation for Coil-Overs is designed to replace the stock plastic battery tray when upgrading to 14" or larger coilovers in a Jeep JK. This product resolves space conflicts with coilover towers by relocating the battery upward and rearward, ensuring proper fitment and preventing interference. It is an essential component for those performing coilover conversions and seeking a clean, bolt-in solution.
Construction and Appearance. This battery box is made entirely from 3/16" HRPO steel for maximum durability and strength. It is manufactured in the USA and delivered in a raw, uncoated state to allow for custom finishing options. The sturdy steel construction provides a robust mounting platform for a factory-sized JK battery, engineered specifically to clear large coilover towers without modification.
Installation. This battery box bolts directly to the firewall and inner fender structure behind the fender. It is a bolt-in solution designed to relocate the battery for coilover clearance. No references to additional modifications or drilling are made beyond the original description.
