      Over time all internal engine wear surfaces become worn. This is true for crankshaft journals, connecting rods, camshaft lobes, piston rings, bearings, etc. When rebuilding a worn out engine you'll need to replace them all in order to regain the engine's original performance. And, let's face it, Jeep's need all the power we can get. We offer new high quality replacement engine parts to get your Jeep back on the road. This replacement camshaft fits 97-02 Wrangler TJ models equipped with the 2.5 liter engine. For timing chain kit, use 17452.03. Replaces OE 53020497. Camshaft 2.5L 1996-2002 Jeep Wrangler TJ
