Contents:
2 Safari Doors
2 Upper door mounting brackets with threaded shafts, one right, one left.
2 Lower door mounting brackets with unthreaded shafts.
2 Lock mechanisms a right and a left

Hardware List:
4, 3/8" Hex head bolts
4, 3/8" NyLock nuts
8, 3/8" Flat washers
2, 5/16" NyLock nuts
4, 1/4" x 1 1/4" ex head bolt
4, #12 Flat washer
4, #1/4-16 NyLock nut

Step 1. Remove existing doors by removing the lock nuts that secure the OEM hard doors using a 5/16" wrench to remove those nuts.

Step 2. Insert the upper and lower door mounting hinge brackets into the openings in tube ends of the doors.

Step 3. Insert the Safari door hinge bracket shafts into the hinge brackets on your jeep. The 3/8" hinge shafts have been painted over.  If you experience any difficulty when inserting the shaft into the hinge bracket, you will need to remove the paint on the hinge shaft.  You can sometimes do this by rocking the hinge shaft back in forth in the hinge bracket or you may need to sand the powder coating off the  hinge shafts.

Step 4. Install lock on each safari door using 1/4- x 1 1/4" hex head bolts, flat washers and secure with 1/4" NyLock nut. You may install  the lock with either the opening latch towards the top of the door or the bottom of the door

Note: When placing safari door with brackets pivot into the windshield hinge and lower door mounting brackets, you may need to increase or decrease the spread between the tubes. To do this, gently pull or press the tubes together or apart by putting your right hand on the lower door tube and our left hand on the top tube and gently pull or push them until they fit into the mounting pivots.

Step 5. Using a 9/16" wrench, tighten the 3/8" bolts that secure the upper and lower door hinge brackets inside the safari door.  Note: Slowly tightening these bolts to avoid scratching the powder coating surrounding the bolts.

Step 6. Open and close your Safari Doors, the rotors and the striker bolt should line up perfectly.

Step 7. Secure the Safari Door in place by fastening the 5/16" NyLock nut to the upper door hinge bracket threaded pivots ends.

Congratulation you are finished.
