Parts in kit:

• LitePLATE™ License plate light
• 3 solder seal connectors

Additional supplies possibly required:

4-8 foot of small gauge (20-24) insulted wire, determined by where the license plate is mounted.

Wiring color code:

On the LitePLATE™, the wiring is color coded as follows:

Tail/License Plate Light - Green
Brake - Red
Ground - Black

JK wiring harness can be found passenger side

Green - White/Violet
Red - White/Brown
Black - Black

Simply connect your original license plate light wire to the GREEN wire on the LitePLATE. Ground the BLACK wire and the license plate should light. If you wish to use the optional RED rear facing lights as a 3rd brake you'll need to bring a wire from the stoplight switch to the RED wire. Or if you wish to use the RED lights as a marker light, tie the RED wire in with the GREEN.

Slide the solder seals over the wire before making the connection, twist the wires together and then center the solder ring on the wire connection. Heat gently until the tube and solder rings melts.

Thank you for your purchase of the ORO LitePLATE.
