    Description

NITTO Terra Grappler G2. An all-terrain tread offers a longer tread wear life without sacrificing stability and also delivers balanced performance both on and off-road. If that is something you crave for your Jeep Wrangler, then this NITTO Terra Grappler G2 Tire is the perfect option. The Terra Grappler G2 provides superior traction and grip no matter the terrain or outdoors conditions.

Clean-Sheet Approach. With the Terra Grappler G2's, NITTO combines the latest materials and advanced design elements. Following a clean-sheet approach, NITTO merged the best characteristics of off-road performance with on-road handling and longevity. No matter where you go with your Wrangler, this Terra Grappler G2 will take you there in comfort, safety and style.

Superior Traction. The NITTO Terra Grappler G2 features angled, lateral voids that easily clear out the terrain below for added traction. The specific arrangement of the variable pitch tread blocks ensure you'll have ample traction no matter the terrain. This tire features extended siping to the full depth of the tread blocks, which helps lengthen tread wear and improve wet pavement grip.

Reinforced Block Edges. NITTO reinforced the block edges of the tread. This helps spread cornering forces over the entire face of the tread, whether on road or off. NITTO added variable pitch lugs to help reduce highway speed hum. The result is a tire that will improve your vehicle's performance under all conditions to get you through the roughest terrain in comfort.

Application. This NITTO Terra Grappler G2 Tire is designed for use on any 1987-2024 Jeep Wrangler model. Please select your proper tire sizing from the options above. Sold individually.

What is the best gear ratio to run for larger tires? When you increase the diameter of your tires, your vehicle's engine has to work harder to turn them. Naturally, this will lead to increased fuel consumption and reduced performance. So, when upgrading to a set of larger tires you should re-gear your rig to regain this lost acceleration, performance and fuel economy.

Find your original tire size and gear ratio using the chart listed below, the intersection should be your approximate RPMs at 65 MPH. Then find your new tire size and follow it across to the closest RPM to your original tires, this will be your gear ratio choice.

This chart is based on driving at 65 MPH with a 1:1 gear ratio and a manual transmission in 4th gear. Please note if your vehicle is equipped with an automatic transmission your RPMs will be higher due to normal transmission and the torque converter slippage. In overdrive your RPMs will be approximately 15% to 30% less than indicated.
