This system combines the structural strength of 1/4-inch 5052 aluminum with a specialized 3/8-inch Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight (UHMW) polyethylene plastic liner. This combination allows your JKU to glide over jagged rocks and obstacles with significantly less friction than bare metal, ensuring you maintain forward momentum in the most technical rock gardens while protecting vital drivetrain components.

      Precision Engineering for Maximum Ground Clearance. Designed to tuck as tightly as possible to the vehicle's chassis, this belly skid system eliminates the plow effect often found with bulky factory armor. By replacing the thin factory steel gas tank skid and crossmembers, you actually gain valuable ground clearance, often up to 3/4-inch, allowing your Wrangler to sit higher and slide smoother. The hardware is recessed and protected by the UHMW layer, preventing bolt heads from being sheared off or smeared by rocks, which makes future maintenance much easier.
