      Description

      Customizable Corner Guards. The Motobilt Blank Corner Guards in bare steel offer builders full flexibility to modify their Jeep's rear corner panels. These guards replace the factory sheet metal sections and allow precise trimming for various custom configurations such as stretched suspensions or comp cut corners, providing versatility for specialized off-road builds.

      Construction and Appearance. Each panel is laser cut and CNC formed from 3/16" thick steel plate, ensuring strength and a precise fit. The panels ship as raw steel and require coating or finishing to prevent corrosion. Countersunk mounting holes and included hardware provide a clean, flush mount once installed.

      Installation. Installation requires drilling and trimming to fit your custom dimensions, so some fabrication skills are needed. Nutserts are included to assist mounting where backside access is limited, making attachment easier.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit 2004-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ Unlimited models, these corner guards replace the factory rear sheet metal corners and accommodate custom wheel openings and modifications.
