Description

This kit directly replaces your TJ’s factory parts and has a gear ratio of 3.73 Gears which makes it easy for you to shift gears. It is similarly designed to ensure a seamless power transfer in the vehicle’s drivetrain system without straining the axle. This makes it easier for you to undertake strenuous off-road applications such as hauling.
Convenience. This DANA 30 Front Ring Gear and Pinion Kit from Motive is designed and built to OEM specifications. It therefore mounts to your truck’s drivetrain system without requiring extra modifications. Once installed, you are assured of a maintenance-free operation since it only needs to be greased regularly. Durable seals and shims are incorporated in the kit’s design to prevent leaks and to also ensure proper gear timing.
Built to Last. Motive builds its gear and pinion kits from hardened steel to ensure maximum strength and toughness. A smooth paintable coating prevents rust and corrosion.
Direct Installation. Although Motive’s Dana 30 front gear and pinion kit is designed to be a direct fit upgrade, installing it requires specialized tools and technical proficiency. Installation takes approximately six hours. No additional fabrications are needed to install the kit since it contains everything needed to ensure a perfect fit including mounting instructions.
Warranty. The kit is backed by a 50,000-mile or one-year warranty, whichever comes first.
