How to Install M.O.R.E. JK Roller Sun Shade (07-17 Wrangler) on your Jeep Wrangler

Please read and understand all instructions betore beginning the installation of the JK Roller Shade. Please read the terms and policies on the back of these instructions. 

The JKRS07 JK Roller Shade is designed to fit the following Jeep® vehicles: 2007-2017 4 door hard and soft top vehicles along with 2 door hard top. JK Wranglers

Note: You will only use the half clamps on the 2 door Wranglers. 4 door models mount directly to the roll bar. The hard top must be removed for installation purposes on both models.

2 Door Mount and 4 Door Soft Top:

STEP 1: Clamp the half clamp with the carriage bolt inserted into stainless steel half calmp around the zipped fabric. Position clamps so that the top of the Roller Shade triangle box is at or below the top of the roll bar. This will allow the hard top to be reinstalled without inference. (see photo 1)

STEP 2: Mount the JK Roller Shade ends to carriage bolt using a flat washer and 1/4" nut and tighten.

STEP 3:Roll out fabric and hook into the 2 D rings at the windshield, Attach the bungee  cords  through the brass eyelets and around the roll bar. 

4 Door Hard Top Mount:

1: After you remove the hard top, unzip the left and right roll bar covers exposing the
two bolts towards the top of the roll bar.

2: Remove the bolts completely

3: Install the factory bolts through the slots in the legs of the Roller Shade.

4: Mount the Roller Shade and bolts back into the factory location and tighten. (see
photo 2)

5: Roll the fabric out until it is at the center cross member of the roll bar. (between
the front and back seats.)

6: Center the fabric left to right. Using the hooks of the stainless steel bar stitched
into the fabric as a guide, drill and mount the stainless steel Z clips to the top of the
cross member of the roll bar. (see photo 3) These clips can be used as an intermediate
attachment point for the roller shade.

7: Roll out fabric and hook into the 2 D rings at the windshield. Attach the bungee
cords through the brass eyelets and around the roll bar.
