will this kit void my Chrysler lifetime service plan that I purchased separately. If it doesnt how big a tire can I put on the truck without voiding the extended service plan.

        • In order to determine if this will void your warranty you will want to contact your dealership. This will allow JL wranglers to run a 35 inch tire without rubbing.

Does this kit level as well?

        • Yes, after the springs settle your Jeep should be level after installing the Mopar 2 in. Lift Kit w/ Fox Shocks. Pending any really heavy aftermarket bumpers or modifications that could effect lift height.

In the video you mention installing bottom isolators for the front springs, but those don't appear to be included with the lift kit. Please advise.

Best BEST thing to do to your Jeep

I gotta say that a lift kit make it a completely different vehicle. Super smooth (honestly with the stock tires it has the best ride). Once you get this lift you'll say "Oh, now it's a fckin Jeep"

            Mopar Lift

Installed this lift because I wanted to use Mopar parts for a few years and avoid any warranty issues. So far it has been great. On-road ride is good, as we'll as off-road performance. Recently attended an off-road clinic, and had several people say how good my setup looks. Mopar lift, 35" BFG KO2's.

Lots of bang for the buck

This kit is vey complete with quality shocks and control arms. And it is a comfort that it comes from Mopar. Unless your Jeep is really heavy, you should be warned that it is much more like 3.5 inches than 2 inches of lift. It may settle down over time, but this is all the lift advertised and more. I wish the spring perches were more strongly molded out of plastic - they are a bit flimsy feeling.

            MOPAR 2" lift

Careful attention needs to be paid for the do-it-yourseflers springs are labeled left and right and one needs to heed this label or springs will not seat properly This kit makes the Jeep JL stand out :)

Mopar 2" really more like 3.5"

Looks amazing. It's more than a 2 " lift. I got about 3.5". The ride is great and makes sport s look amazing with 35" nittos.

            Nice Lift

I am very happy with the lift, it seems to have been redesigned from the original that everyone was having problems with. The 2 inch height is under rated because I ended up with around 3-1/2 inches or more total lift, therefore I think a track bar or a drop down bracket should have come with the lift, I didn't have any problems driving it even without a track bar however the front axle was shifted about 1 inch towards the drivers side, the stock track bar didn't feel very sturdy with the bigger tires and it seemed to feel rough over bounces so I bought a steer smarts adjustable track bar and what a difference, it returned it back to the stock feel of driving even with the larger tires. The front springs have a slight bow to them however my F250 superduty also has a bow in the front springs so its not uncommon with coil springs. Overall I believe the lift is really nice but I would definitely install an adjustable track bar with the lift and you will be very happy with what you end up with.

Definitely Taller Than 2 Inches of Lift!!!!

Great kit!!! I ended up with about 3" lift in the front, and just over 2.5" on the rear. I had Fox shocks on my JK, but these for the JL's are huge. Great ride on the street. Looking forward to seeing how it handles off road. It's definitely more than an afternoon project, but after figuring out some issues on the first few steps, it really flowed better. Perfect height, and more overall than I was expecting.

            More than 2 Inches

Always great customer service from these guys...The Mopar 2 in. lift looks great and the ride is every bit as good as OEM or better. Haven't had a chance to go wheeling yet but no reason to believe it won't be a great setup and 5 stars. Also, for a 2 in. lift we ended up with 3 to 3.5 inches of total lift.

You WILL need a track bar

Great kit, feels awesome on the road, and looks good too. I wish the manual was a little less ambiguous, and you will definitely need an adjustable track bar in the front at least. Much bigger than just 2”

            Wow, amazing

I purchased this lift because I didn’t want my factory warranty voided , and cause it’s really good quality. I got it installed and I though it was only 2 inches but wow it looks like it’s 3 to 3 1/2 inches , it rides like factory and it look perfect highly recommended. I got it installed and it took about 4 hrs.

            Love this Lift!

I love this lift. Haven't taken it off-road yet, but it looks awesome, provides a lot of additional clearance, and I actually like how it drives on the road better now that I have it. I highly recommend it. The only downside is we opted to install it ourselves and spent a LOT of time doing it. The two of us have decent mechanical skills and the 4 hour estimate is a joke. Just be aware of what you're getting into if you opt to install yourself.
