This removable and reusable armor shields your Ford Bronco’s aluminum body from trail hazards such as branches and flying debris without the use of permanent adhesives or magnets, preserving the vehicle’s paint condition. The product can be quickly applied and removed, making it ideal for trail days.

Construction and Appearance. The armor is crafted from advanced lightweight ballistic resin layered with a custom-engineered gel backing that creates a strong, reusable bond to aluminum surfaces. Its 10 mil thickness combined with a 1mm clear gel coating provides a flexible, contoured fit that conforms seamlessly to the vehicle’s body lines. The surface finish features durable, UV fade-resistant graphics available in bold designs or custom artwork options, ensuring robust protection and striking visual appeal.

Installation. Installation requires no drilling or tools—simply line up the panels and press firmly into place. Removal is equally easy, allowing for no-permanent-commitment protection suited for both beginners and seasoned off-road enthusiasts. For best bonding, panels should be installed when the vehicle surface and panels are between 65°F–85°F, avoiding installation below 55°F. Dry conditions are required for the first 24 to 48 hours to ensure proper adhesion. This product is not rated for freezing rain or wet winter slush conditions.
