Construction. This Off Camber Fabrications roof rack system by MBRP is constructed using 2 inch, mandrel bent steel tubing, to handle your heaviest loads. Off Camber Fabrications designed this rack to transfer the weight to your Jeep's body to increase the rack's longevity and load capacity. The black powder coat finish gives this rack a rust resistant surface, so it'll continued looking great despite exposure to any weather conditions. The gaskets are precision cut for leak free use.

Protection. The cross bars are fully adjustable, making them compatible with a variety of luggage carriers. This system also provides an easier way to remove your Jeep's hard top. The bars give you a better grip to remove the hard top safely and with less strain.

Accessories. This roof rack system comes with all hardware necessary for a perfect installation.

Application. The rack fits 4 door, 2007 - 2010 JK Wranglers. Since this rack doesn't interfere with the factory "Freedom Top's" roof panels, there's no need to remove it when not in use. Drilling into the hard top is required to install this rack. For even greater load capacity, consider combining this rack with the front rack (J18003).

        5 Top Rated Questions

how much weight can this rack support? I'd like to be able to put a tent on it and camp out in , is this attached to jeeps frame and not directly to the hardtop? this for a JK 2009 2 door.

        • At this time, the Off Camber Fabrications by MBRP Roof Rack System does not carry a weight rating, however due to its design mounting to the hard top itself, we do not recommend this for rooftop tents.

Why can't this fit the JLU? I wish I could make it fit... anybody have an idea what mounting changes between the JK and JL hinder the install for the rear rack?

        • This rack will not fit the JL due to changes in the body for mounting. We are unaware of any way to modify this to be used on a JL. We recommend waiting for a JL specific version to be released.

How tall is this rack? How much clearance does it require?

        • The ff Camber Fabrications by MBRP Roof Rack System will sit approximately 7" above the OEM hard top.

I love the low profile look but I am skeptical about drilling into the hard top. My concern is leakage. Have there been any reports of leaks and what steps have been taken in the design that would help eliminate leaks in the hard top?

        • We have not had any reports of leaks on the Off Camber Fabrications by MBRP Roof Rack System, however for piece of mind, a small amount of RTV silicon sealant can be used on the bolts to prevent any possibility of leakage.

Off Camber Fabrications by MBRP Roof Rack System

This roof rack system allows you to still be able to remove the hardtop, a feature that sets this system apart from most others. It was nerve racking to drill holes in the hardtop. However, the supplied template made the process very easy. I was able to install within a few hours.

Review from Off Camber Fabrications by MBRP Roof Rack System (11-18 Jeep Wrangler JK 4 Door)

            Love it!!

After getting over the need to drill holes in the hard top, installation went very well. I noticed when the project was done that there’s now a tiny crack in the hard top at one of the mounting bolts, but it’s no big deal. Hope that crack doesn’t migrate. The rack itself is awesome and super tough. I love it. Now I need to put the front extension kit on it.

Review from Off Camber Fabrications by MBRP Roof Rack System - Black Coated (07-10 Wrangler JK 2 Door)

            Clean and Burly

I wanted a rack that could support a couple of kayaks, and not obstruct the beauty of taking my hard top off. This rack fits that bill perfectly and as a bonus, it provided a 'lift point' for my hard top to pick it up by when using my roof lifting winch. I get compliments all the time on it, it looks great. It holds what I need it to hold without fear, and it provides some nifty handles when you are taking your top off via hand. There are some real nice braces on the inside that transfer the load to the tub of the jeep, so you are not stressing on your fiberglass. The hardest part of the install, was taking a deep breath and drilling holes into my virgin, showroom new, hard top. Measure twice, drill once and you will have the best rack on the planet.
