Description
Heavy Duty Roof Rack System. The Maximus-3 Heavy Duty Roof Rack and Cross Bars Mounting System in textured black offers a strong and reliable platform for mounting rooftop tents, overland accessories, and cargo gear. Built for durability and rugged use, it ensures excellent load transfer and versatility, making it a critical upgrade for adventure and utility enthusiasts.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from heavy duty steel that is CNC laser cut, press brake formed, and welded, this mounting system features a zinc plating and textured black powder coat finish for enhanced durability, corrosion resistance, and a factory-style appearance.
Installation. Installation requires moderate skill and typically takes about four hours. The system securely mounts to the vehicle’s factory sports bar (roll cage) through the hardtop without the need for drilling into the vehicle body, thereby preserving structural integrity.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit the 2018-2026 Jeep Wrangler JL 4-Door with either hardtop or topless configurations, ensuring a seamless and secure fitment.
