      HEAVY-DUTY ROOF RACK UPGRADE. The Maximus-3 Heavy Duty Roof Rack/Cross Bars Mounting System; Textured Black is engineered to deliver rugged performance and adaptability for overlanding and utility modifications. It is designed to support rooftop tents, overland gear, and work equipment while maintaining a factory-style look. This mounting system ensures the load is effectively transferred to the structural sports bar to maximize strength and safety.

      CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Crafted from heavy gauge steel, this system features CNC laser cutting, press brake forming, and welded steel construction for durability. Its surface is treated with zinc plating and a textured black powder coat finish, providing corrosion resistance and an attractive, robust appearance.

      INSTALLATION. Installation is moderately difficult and typically requires approximately four hours to complete. The system is designed to fit securely without requiring drilling, relying on strong mounting points to transfer loads safely.

      APPLICATION. Specifically designed to fit 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK 4-Door models, this system integrates seamlessly with both hardtop and topless configurations, offering versatility for various Jeep builds.
