Mounting & Balancing ExtremeTerrain offers professional mounting and balancing on all wheels and tires when purchased together on the same order. This will allow you to swap out your old wheels for your new set when they arrive.
What is TPMS? The Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS for short) is a factory installed safety feature on all 2007 and newer Jeep Wranglers that alerts you when your tire pressure drops to an unsafe limit.
How do I keep my TPMS feature? Aftermarket wheels do not come with TPMS sensors. However, if you select 'Add TPMS Sensor’ and your specific year range from the options listed above, we'll install the TPMS Sensors in your new wheels!
For more Information, check out TPMS Sensor Kits in detail.

Nice wheel. Good tires.
Great traction in mud. Not quite as good as my last tires, but much smoother and more quite on the road. Since this is my daily driver, I'm ok with that. Tires showed up with the white letters mounted inside even though I requested them outside. Delivery was quick and with no damage, which was surprising. The boxes we're light corrugated cardboard and banged up pretty good. Only have two stars for appearance because of the backwards mounting. The chrome valve stems and metal valve caps were a nice surprise.Helpful (7)

Excellent Mammoth Wheels
They look better in person than the picture on the website. I was very pleased when I received them and now that I have them on my jeep I am impressed with how they dress up the car. They have about a 1" offset from the previous wheels that were on the car and gives the tires a wider track. I would definitely recommend these wheels and have already done so to my friends who have seen them. I have received many compliments on them.Helpful (8)

Looks Great - Thin Wall Socket Required
As advertised, arrived quickly, look great. However note as with most aftermarket wheels these days, you have to have a special thin wall socket to use with these wheels. I expected that, but your factory lug wrench will not work, the lug nut holes in the wheels aren't wide enough.Helpful (8)

Mammoth 8 Wheels
Good quality, very nice finish and packaged excellently to avoid damage in transit.Helpful (8)
Maybe I should rephrase my question. Are the lug hole surfaces on the Mammoth 8 wheels flat, bowl shaped, or 60deg taper to accommodate the corresponding lug nut? You cannot mix styles!
The lug hole surfaces are flat on the Mammoth 8 wheels.
I have a 2001 TJ Sahara, and it currently has 31 BFGs on it and it looks like it should fit the 33s without a lift. Do you know if it will fit 33's without a lift? I'm thinking if I purchased fender flares that gave some more clearance I would be okay, can you confirm that?
You would require at least a 2.5" lift in order to accommodate those sizes such as this here: https://www.extremeterrain.com/rough-country-25-suspension-tj-652.html
How much each WHEELS weighs
The 15x8" Mammoth 8 Wheel weights approximately 18 lbs.
What type of lug nuts are required with the Mammoth 8 wheels... flat, bowl, or 60° taper?
A certain lug nut is not required but a 6 spline drive nut is recommended.
I have a 04' 4.0l with 5 speed manual. Suspension right now is stock. What size lift would be needed to clear these 33' tires and what offset would be needed for 10.50 vs 12.50? do these rims have enough offset for 12.50?
In order to clear these 33 inch tires, you would be looking at running a 3 inch lift kit. Per the specs on these wheels, their backspacing and offset will perfectly set up for the 12.50 inch tires included in the kit.
For a YJ with a 4" lift, you could use up to a 33" tire.

Since you do not have a lift on your YJ and are going to be on and off roading we would suggest keeping with a 30" tire on the Mammoth 8 Black Wheel - 15x8.
Here at ExtremeTerrain we balance all of our wheels using sticky weights on the inside of the wheel.
This Mammoth 8 Wheel and tire kit is a little large for the 4 cylinder jeeps, and your motor may have difficulty reaching high speeds. Each vehicle reacts a little differently, so it would be difficult to say what the exact effect would be.
Hello, yes, if you order as a Kit with the Wheels and Tires, we offer Free Mounting and Balancing.
Hello, for the Mammoth 8 Wheel - 15x8 Wheel - and Mudclaw Radial 31X10.50R15LT Tire Kit (87-06 Wrangler YJ & TJ) we would advise going with at least a 1.5 inch lift, you can go with the Rough Country 1.5 in. Spacer Lift Kit w/ Shocks (97-06 Wrangler TJ) for example, which you can find here: http://www.extremeterrain.com/rough-country-15-spacer-lift-tj-650h.html
Hello, the Mammoth 8 Black Wheel - 15x8 (87-06 Wrangler YJ & TJ) is Hub Concentric and will accept any regular type of wheel weights.
For the Mammoth 8 Black Wheel - 15x8 (87-06 Wrangler YJ & TJ) I would recommend the Mickey Thompson Baja ATZP3 tires. They work well on road as well as off road. Tire size varies depending on if you have a lift or if your jeep is stock.
