Description
OEM GRADE CATALYTIC CONVERTER. The Magnaflow Universal Catalytic Converter; OEM Grade; 2.50-Inch; Rear is designed to reduce harmful emissions and keep the vehicle’s check engine light off. It functions as a replacement part that fits many vehicles, providing reliable emission control to comply with Federal EPA regulations for OBDII federally registered systems.
Construction and Appearance. This catalytic converter features durable stainless steel construction with 16 gauge 409 stainless steel tubing and 308 stainless steel MIG welds. It has a clam-shell body type with a corrosion-resistant stainless finish and an aluminized steel heat shield for added durability and protection.
Installation. Installation requires welding and is recommended to be performed by a professional. Due to its universal design, installation may require some customization or modification.
Warranty. This product includes a five-year construction warranty and a 25,000-mile emissions warranty.
Application. This catalytic converter fits the 2000 to 2004 Jeep Wrangler TJ model. It complies with federal emissions standards but is not CARB certified and is not legal for sale or installation in states requiring CARB certification.
