Description
Universal Catalytic Converter. The MagnaFlow Universal Catalytic Converter; OEM Grade; features 2.25-inch inlet and outlet pipe connections designed to reduce vehicle emissions and keep your vehicle compliant with Federal EPA standards. It helps prevent the check engine light from activating by efficiently converting harmful exhaust gases into less harmful emissions. This catalytic converter is engineered to fit a wide range of vehicles, offering universal compatibility.
Construction and Appearance. Made from durable 308 stainless steel with high-strength 16 gauge 409 stainless steel tubing, this unit offers excellent corrosion resistance and longevity. The clam-shell body design with a stainless steel finish provides a compact, lightweight build that enhances thermal efficiency. Single laser fusion welds reduce the possibility of leaks, and an aluminized steel heat shield is attached for extra durability. The ceramic substrate maximizes emissions control efficiency.
Installation. This catalytic converter requires professional installation with welding. Clamps, hangers, gaskets, and mounting hardware are not included. Its compact design allows installation in confined spaces.
