Description
Keeps Check Engine Light at Bay. A damaged or malfunctioning catalytic convertor could trigger your check engine light and fail your Wrangler at inspection. Luckily, this Magnaflow Universal Catalytic Converter offers a universal design with slip-fit ends that will install easily to your exhaust system, though some cutting and welding may be required.
High-Flow Design. Magnaflow designed this catalytic converter with a half-inch lap joint at the neck to free up trapped airflow, unlike your restrictive stock model. In addition, this converter comes with a monolithic honeycomb catalyst and wider-sized inlets to improve airflow through your catalytic converter and free up more power.
Heat-Resistant. This converter features a ribbed steel heat shield that protects the structural integrity of the converter from extreme heat. In addition, this ribbed body minimizes gas expansion under intense heat to prevent damage to the ceramic catalyst and keep your converter intact.
Heavy-Gauge Stainless Steel. This catalytic converter is manufactured with a heavy gauge stainless steel to withstand extreme heat, chemical exposure, and abrasive conditions underneath your chassis.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. Magnaflow backs this product with a limited lifetime replacement warranty against manufacturing defects.
Application. This Catalytic Converter is compatible with all 1997-1999 2.5L or 4.0L Jeep Wrangler TJ and 2004-2006 4.0L Jeep Wrangler TJ models.
