How to Install KC HiLiTES 4 in. Rally 400 Halogen Lights - Spread Beam - Pair (87-18 Jeep Wrangler YJ, TJ, JK & JL) on your Jeep Wrangler

Tools Required
- Box Cutter/Knife (For Packaging)
- Crescent Wrench
1. Open the packaging and locate the wiring harness (Figure A).

2. Run the negative (black) wire to the negative (-) battery terminal (Figure B).

3. Run the positive (red) wire to the positive ( ) battery terminal (Figure C).

4. Run the wiring harness to the desired switch mounting location and connect the yellow wire to the top of the switch terminals (Figure D).

5. Run the red wire to the middle switch terminal (Figure E).

6. Run the black wire (ground) to the bottom terminal of the switch (Figure F).

7. Mount each light in the desired location using a light mount (not included). First run the bolt through the mount then put the crush ring on (Figure G).

8. With the crush ring on, return the nut onto the bolt on each side (Figure H).

9. Tighten the nut completely on each side.
10. Run the wiring harness to the light mounting location, ensuring the wiring harness can reach the light connectors (Figure I).

11. Connect the lights to the wiring harness (Figure J).
