How to Install KC HiLiTES 20 in. C-Series C20 LED Light Bar w/ Hood Mounting Brackets (97-06 Wrangler TJ) on your Jeep Wrangler

Parts Included:
(2) Mounting Brackets (Passenger Driver Side)
(4) M8-1.25 Hex Bolts - Black Zinc
(4) M8 Flat Washers - Black Zinc

1. Locate the (3) Torx bolts that attach the hinge to the hood. Using the T50 Torx socket, remove the (3) bolts from either the drive or passenger side. (Figure 1)

2. Now place the mounting bracket directly on top of the hood hinge and attach using supplied hardware. Start buy sliding a flat washer onto the M8 bolt and loosley thread into the hood hinge. Continue this for the (2) remaining threaded holes.

Repeat Steps 1-2 for other side.

3. Mount your KC LED Light Bar to the brackets and lightly snug the side mounting bolts. Finish tightening the bracket mounting bolts, aim your LED light and then complete tightening down your light bar. Enjoy!
