      Description

      Preventive Engine Protection. The J&L 3.0 Oil Separator, Black Anodized, Driver Side is engineered to intercept and trap oil vapors before they reach the intake system. This process reduces carbon buildup, helping to preserve engine performance and extend engine life. By separating and collecting oil from the crankcase ventilation system, it maintains clean intake runners and valves, which improves combustion efficiency.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from solid billet aluminum with a durable black anodized finish, this oil separator resists corrosion and wear. It features a knurled base for easy removal when draining collected oil and a robust O-ring seal to prevent leaks. Inside, a fine mesh stainless steel screen combined with a 1/2" thick aluminum honeycomb filter efficiently condenses and separates oil vapors.

      Installation. Designed for straightforward plug-and-play installation, the oil separator installs directly into the engine bay using OEM-style quick-connect PCV fittings and includes a custom bracket and hardware. No cutting, drilling, or permanent modifications are necessary, ensuring an easy and clean fit.

      Warranty. This product comes with a limited lifetime warranty, offering long-term protection against defects and failures.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit 2018-2026 2.0L Jeep Wrangler JL models, it ensures proper fitment and performance without modifications.
