      Description

      Structural Restoration for Rusted Frames. This Rust Buster Torque Box; Driver Side replaces the corroded or compromised sheet-metal torque box behind the driver-side wheel well of your Wrangler TJ. By installing a heavy-gauge steel torque box that matches the original geometry and mounting points, you restore the frame rail’s strength and alignment, eliminating flex or twisting that can lead to further structural damage.

      Durable, Direct-Fit Construction. The bolt-on steel reinforcement plate features an e-coated finish that resists future rust and pitting, even in harsh off-road or salt-exposed environments. Pre-drilled holes align precisely with the factory frame rails, and the kit includes stainless-steel hardware to ensure a secure, gap-free installation without the need for cutting or welding.

      Installation. This product installs by simply removing the old, rusted torque box section, bolting the Rust Buster plate in place using the supplied hardware, and torquing to specification—basic hand tools and a jack stand are all that’s required.

      Application. This Rust Buster Torque Box; Driver Side fits 1997–2006 Wrangler TJ models for the driver-side frame rail repair.
